Circuits

Circuit Training is a type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises and strength training. The beauty of this exercise class is that individuals can work at their own pace, but not on their own, so there is encouragement to develop stamina and fitness levels.  We can run this class in or out doors depending on the weather.  There may be a small company outlay for equipment for this service.

BoxerciseBoxercise

Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training regimes that boxers participate in. Classes generally incorporate a warm up circuit, and then turns to the use of focus pads, concentrating on your punching techniques along with combo's and footwork. Boxercise is as hard as you want to make it, it's not a class where you stand waving your arms around to music, you actually hit the pads creating a resistance which means a harder workout. There may be a small company outlay for equipment for this service.

Personal Training

Our trainers can provide one to one assessments, advise on best fitness solutions for individuals and in-house workout sessions.  We can transform a spare room into a mini workout space, or if space is of a premium we can take to the great outdoors and organise running and walking clubs and other health initiatives for your team. There may be a small company outlay for equipment for this service.
