Beginner classes will teach the principles of tai chi and chi gong. 

Gentle exercises designed to limber the muscles and joints and balance flow along our energy lines/meridians.  Our classes will be tailored to suit your employees needs and classes be taken out inside or out (weather dependant!).  The meditative effects of practising this art will leave employees fully focused and bright as buttons.  Classes can run for 20 (taster), 30, 45 or 60 minutes.  The smaller the class the greater the individual attention.
