An integral part of every stress management and wellbeing strategy is education. We provide a wide range of in-house training services designed to equip your employees with a range of tools.  Our training programmes are aimed at Developing Skills and Engaging Staff.

Training is split into three elements:

The Stress Audit/Needs Analysis - designed to identify key issues for groups of employees and enable a cost effective strategy to be formed to remedy these concerns and empower employees to perform to their peak performance.  Opens the door on 'stress' and makes it an acceptable topic for thought/discussion.

Consultancy - dedicated specialists can help deliver a stress policy in response to your audit.  Conflict Management, team building, interview skills and redundancy coaching are all part of the bespoke system which can be tailored to your requirements.

Off the Peg Courses - our courses are run in house or can be fitted into your sales conference or away day.  Expert trainers, great delivery of topic and effective teaching styles enable us to  help you Develop Skills and Engage Staff.
